The Agreement

I. One's ("the One") use of this app ("Second City") is One's consent to this agreement ("the Agreement") between One and the guardian of Second City ("the Guardian").

II. One shall not use Second City under the age of 18.

III. One shall not use Second City to represent anything other than Oneself.

IV. One shall not use Second City to undertake or further illegal activity.

V. One shall not indiscriminately disseminate grossly-objectionable content on Second City.

VI. Second City may collect the following information about One ("the Information"): email, password, profile content, attractions visited and entered, events visited and entered, messages sent and received, app settings, device location, device identifier, device language, device operating system, and communications with the Guardian.

VII. The Guardian shall use the Information to operate, improve, and expand Second City and its services.

VIII. The Guardian shall not sell or share any Information that is identifiable with One with any third party except for Information that is shared with third parties through the use of third-party services employed by the Guardian to operate Second City and its services, such as remote data hosting and remote cartography. The Guardian shall not employ the use of third-party services that do not meet the requirements of Apple, Inc. The Guardian may share Information with third parties when required by law, when it may reasonably prevent harm, or when it is reasonably in the public interest.

IX. The Guardian shall possess Information specific to One's account, One's profile, One's attraction content, and One's settings only for the duration of One's Second City account and shall not be obligated to delete or prevent the collection of such Information while One possesses such an account. The Guardian may possess Information when required by law, when it may reasonably prevent harm, or when it is reasonably in the public interest.

X. One shall assume all reasonable risk using Second City and accept that it is provided as-is and without warranty.

XI. One's access to Second City may only be restricted or revoked with just cause by and at the discretion of the Guardian.
